Rental of any of our vehicles is with full acknowledgement and agreement of the following terms and conditions.

Montgomery County Limousine Service requires a major credit card to process on-line reservations.

All on-line reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to pick-up time.

If a shorter notice is required, please contact our office at 877-805- LIMO.  This will provide us the opportunity to make the necessary arrangements for you.

Possession, sale, or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is absolutely prohibited.  A violation will result in immediate termination of the contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

Client / renter is responsible for his/her guest for any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.  This is including (but not limited to) beverage spillage, vomiting, breakage of drink glasses, damage to lighting / audio / visual equipment.  Repair and/or replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $100. 

All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and respectable manner.  Montgomery County Limousine Service reserves the right to expel any and/or all persons from the vehicle and terminate the contract if any of these conditions are violated.  And as a result of a violation, there will be no refunds.

Montgomery County Limousine Service shall not be held responsible for late arrivals caused by (acts of nature) or any circumstance or situation beyond their control.
